The first real snow has finally arrived here. I’ve been waiting for weeks and weeks, and just the other day over 10 centimeters of fluffy snow fell down from the skies like the ordinary white blessing this has turned out to become for me during my tough moments this dark time of the year. So yesterday I did what I have been waiting for so long, went skiing in the forest, at the exact same place and way I recovered from the depression last year that I tried to describe in the other blogpost. My wonderland, a truly nice reunion I must say. The sun sets around 2 PM here now, so to manage doing this you have to act like an internet marketer - fast. My trip brings back so many memories, thoughts and emotions. This was the place and the way I discovered the real reason behind my dreadful condition - I was painfully unable to open my heart. This is where I fought my battle day after day. I can also recall that I in fact now understand I know people that actually never believed me when I told them my story, “then you were not really that depressed” they told me, that was painful to hear too.

This area is a nature reservation, only 30 minutes walk from were I live. While the other big ski-track and stadium in my hometown currently just finished a World Cup of Biathlon-event with people swetting for goldmedals, I turn to this silent and beautiful place instead. The nature and the snow together seems so fragile. The peace and magic is indescribeble. Only a pistingmachine and someone out walking with a dog has gone here before me when I arrive. I’m the first maniac leaving a ski track in the new snow. Everything looks just as fairy as it did last year. I see traces of rabbits, fresh mooseprints and on my second round as usual suddenly two graceful deers jumps up just in front of me and run off on the other side of my path. Yes, it’s a living christmas postcard. The spruces and tiny pinetrees around me is all dressed in peaceful white. Nothing moves. It’s stunning.

I couldn’t recieve the beauty last year, I could only understand it intellectually with all the knowledge I have. I could only with my dry mind force myself know that I was grateful for all this. And even now I can still only recieve glimts of it, for example when I took a shortcut through the forest yesterday. I will describe it more further down, but I want to try to make a deeper explaination first.

Whether you believe that the respected scientist Dr Masaru Emoto’s poetic theories is evidence for the capacity of the human mind and soul or not, it’s truly inspiring for your imagination and makes you think. He has even written a version for children to understand it: The Secret of Water, which is brilliant because this is what I have realized is the only one way to attach the understanding of it, through the innocent mind of a child - or rather heart. Negative thoughts or impressions randomizes the frozen watercrystals while positive emotions brings obvious harmony to their shape. Science or not, what could be more logical? But with or without science, the imagination is what does the whole work for us. You see, back to the snow again - obviously noone is sending negative thoughts and emotions among the clouds, are they?…

All that is coming down from the clouds day after day unconditionally, seems to be just tons and tons of blessings and pure love, no matter how positive or negative our own minds may be, no matter if we are able to receive the blessings or not. With *that* in mind,… I took the ski shortcut in the forest yesterday, through the first snow, with fluffy tons of perfect unique water crystals. My boots sink down in the cloudylike softness. Can you hear the cottonlike sound, and feel the fresh icy smell? Only I and the little forest animals had touched them yet. One celcius plus degree and they will be gone forever. This moment I received a glimt of beauty. And really felt it. With the heart of a child. Despite how rough life may be, it’s still a treasure, the rarest of gifts given to us. Even if someone born survives just one day, that one day is still an entire gift also. This inner knowing keeps me alive and going, to honour it the best way I can. World religions or Nobel prizes couldn’t possibly give me this experience. I had to re-experience the first snow again. And the message was crystal clear - Love Thyself.

Even if I do think that success can appear anyhow almost immediately and has nothing to do with if you deserve it or not, I’m still a firm believer in the good ol’ “two empty hands-concept”.

Some suspicion can be wise whenever you enter promotions or promises of quick big rewards and payments. We always help each other out, for else there would be no market at all, but honest success is in the end always self made. And definitely the thing to be truly proud of. Real dreamers have drive like that, with only their own stamina and the determination to walk far beyond obstacles. A professional scammer appeals more to the gambler type, would gladly do the work for you. As long as you pay.

Sorry to say I’ve seen examples of people born wealthy, running businesses just to get a kick out of it. Making money should be fun, but that’s not what I’m saying. What many don’t always understand is that there is a value itself in building something up on your own. The journey to go for or create something that will last in the future, and that it may even be of benefit for others. Along the journey we learn things, we discover our deepest fears, actions occurs, we meet the love of our life, destiny is writing its pages through our daily strivings. This is how the Laws are working, that is something money can’t buy. The book that explains this the best is definitely Paulo Coelho’s “The Alchemist“. Everything in Rhonda Byrne’s “The Secret” is absolutely true. It’s just so much more to it.

Set forth your goals and go for them. Never ever give up. No matter the obstacle. Along the journey we hopefully discover the difference between kick and real bliss. We find value. Hardcore goal setting will always risk to missing the point. Making a perfect vision and all focus on our goals trying out every method just to reach there, all the while being too arrogant to see and receive the blessings along the way. Love can never be a goal. It’s a blessing. Who the heck wants to become somebody else’s personal goal anyway?

At the end of your adventure you’ll understand why you had to do it, and even if it didn’t end up the way you expected, you wont regret one single step that you did. So the blog called life was written down. You were the one that actually wrote it, and you were given the best tools to do it - all the time. Yes you were. I’m talking about a good story, that holds real content.

Not only meditation, but medication. I don’t know were I’ve been today if it wasn’t for music. I can not even imagine a world without music. When I look back I think this is one of the tools that have saved me, multiple times over. The perfect therapy response. And I know I share this experience with millions, whether it’s preforming it or just enjoy listening to it, whether it is Mozart

As we all know, music can be incuraging, rebellious, sentimental or any emotion you need to channel at the moment, because our sense of musicality is close to our emotional centre in the brain. So this is just flat logical emotional science. We are reacting emotional beings, this is our nature. I don’t believe that music increases emotions, it rather responds to the mood or state that is already in there. So in a sense it works like homeopathics. That’s why I would guess this is such a healing, for so many.

Oh, and the most important of them all - our Children. How can we ever forget about them?

This is the perfect gift or present for any music lover, for any holiday or day at all for that matter. There is something for everyone, depending on your mood, and it’s all harmless. Goodbye shrink, hello music! I can not refer a better way to get through than this. Music saves. Turn coins and move mountains. From the cottonfield to today, a shout for cry or joy. Some cynicals may say that music is just one way to escape reality. But anything can be used and abused for that purpose, any drug.

I prescribe an aware use of music. Turn the random radio off if you are tired, unless you’re not so tired you have to use it to stay awake when you drive a car or something! Three favorite songs a day, keeps the doctor away. Go with the flow of your own taste, because it strengthens you. It releases stress and increase learning. At least so they say. It will surely get you back in the mood again.

I’d like to share the truth about myself and some of the painful experiences I’ve had. Not long ago I invested in a project and failed. This invitation seemed like a possibility for me to finally settle down and do what I’m here for and really want, but left me with nothing more than bank loans that only doubled the payouts I already had. During this time I also lost my new work and only current income, which after months of dispair finally forced me to beg for welfare. In trust of the future in this financial project I was unfortunate and stupid enough to have already burnt all my savings on a vacation.

The Law of Attraction is nothing new to me. I’ve known about it, among all the other universal Laws, since I was in my late teens. This was in the early nineties, long before “The Secret-trend”. By then this was still kind of odd to believe in on the mainstream. What I discovered during this hard time is that there are certain times that I do not recommend any kind of participation with this kind of information. Tired, depressed, broke and out of direction, I had not only lost some but all of my motivation. Everything was just pitch-dark. Everything was taken away from me, my passion, inspiration, and almost my faith in anything. Even my beloved stereo, enjoying music - the only simple amusement I had left, also let me down because I had no money to fix it. Above all this I was so terribly frightened that I thought that my teeth was going to fall out of my mouth, and they literally did. I have lost one tooth that was aching those harsh months when I couldn’t afford the dentist, and I can tell you there have been times that I have wondered if I was going to even be able to chew my own food anymore.

Bombarded with all these “achieve your dreams-messages” on my email, I was becoming only more depressed, day by day, for wanting so much, to live and to share, but being and seeing myself so terribly lost and cut off. With the awareness I had, I realized that I was in a severely hazardous condition, which only made the situation even more severe and frightening. You can always be and know that you are grateful, but during a depression it’s impossible to actually feel that gratitude. That’s why affirmation or visualization didn’t work for me at that point. I had nothing left to give. I wasn’t motivated to receive. The sparkle just simply wasn’t there - at all, and I had no idea how to find it. That is absolute misery. This is when I understood that the only person that could save me, was me. I wondered if I was going to lose my mind when one Mastermind Coach asked me why I had to do this on my own, because I didn’t even have an answer for it then. I just knew. At this point I could have just given up and lost myself forever. And with the knowledge I had, information or advice was the least thing I needed, or even to talk about it at all with anyone. That would only drain me. Couldn’t paint or write myself out of this condition either. I was far too distressed.

But now, seeming not to want anything, I was even beginning to feel ashamed for feeling what I did, wanting to make it on my own, climbing my mountains, fording my own streams and finding my own dreams. I just had to let myself do that. That’s all I needed to do. To listen. In order to listen properly, you need complete silence. I believe we all have a radio receiver-transmitter inside us telling what our path and decisions really is. No one can do this for you and there is no right or wrong here. While I may have 95.0 Megahertz you might have 107.8 Megahertz, and our only task is to find the answer for the question: What is my music within? It’s so easy to lose connection and not be tuned in with our enormous flow of information and everything that’s happening aroud us everyday. At this vulnerable state, information will only be noise and disturbances on your radio. You need to be tuned in first so you can sing *your music* out loud. Of course, this is just my experience, so you will have to take your own stand whether this feels true for you or not as well. But watch out for the codependency out there. Nobody can judge you for being resistant, stubborn, unwilling or lazy for not being able to recieve their help. Others can only support you, but you have to do the work, including the hardest one - daring to be honest with yourself.

In critical moments like these, I know many people give up on their lives. All I can say is, never never ever give up. There is somehow always a way out, no matter how hopeless or helpless the situation seems or feels. I exercised myself out of my personal crisis. It helped me through the day, each day. It helped me sleep at night. It distracted my so primitive fears. With the adrenalin frustration I was going through, I think I would have gotten very ill if it wasn’t for this, and this is my only recommendation. When most body/mind/spirit-teachers talk about how you can achieve physical wellness through different mental processes, I had to do it in the opposite direction, since I found myself suffering from a complete mental and spiritual “burn out”, and the point is, it works. In the very silence and emptiness of my mind, I’m still recovering. Find your favourite physical exercise. Buy your favourite equipment while you can afford it, because you might have use for it one day even if you aren’t inspired to move right now. This is an investment in yourself. It’s the far oldest, proven, simplest, most polite and completely harmless method ever. No risk, no side effects, if you wisely enjoy yourself doing it and do it on your own conditions. Anyone with a functional body can move something, even if you are on painkillers. You’ll understand how much this heals when you start making this an everyday lifestyle. The rewards are priceless, the relaxation and natural meditation that automatically comes with it, and the movement is free. In fact there is also a lot of exercise that is already completely natural and free. If you have stairs, walk them. If you have a job, walk there. If you have a bike, use it. If you have a functional radio - dance!

I can still remember how much I hated the sports lessons in school. It has haunted and followed me until now these last years. What I now understand is that the prestige during the schoolyears made me associate all kind of exercise with stress and defeat. I’d just love to inspire you how I have independently learned and grown to associate exercise with pleasure, deep fulfillment and joy instead. That’s why you naturally will only want more and more of it. It helps you through defeat. Makes you master anything. Nothing can replace it, no book, no pill, no short cut or quick fix what so ever.

However, this information maybe might cheer you up a little bit

<a href=”http://70eb3qxr91gshp7l24v8x-8udm.hop.clickbank.net/” target=”_top”>Click Here!</a>

 * What I have recalled is that the energy that everyone out there is talking about is nothing else but - pure love. The heart of everything, the motor of every atom, motion and emotion. This knowledge can not be understood intellectually in any kind of program, university, belief system or script. It’s a mystery that has to be revealed beyond words, goals, control or willpower through human experience within each one of us.*

The real secret - everything is love. Has always been, will always be. Which means your dreams awaits you. We tend to forget important things sometimes. Like creation is constantly re-experiencing its own beauty through evolution, maybe we sometimes have to do our own little adventures just to discover and be reminded and solidify in our hearts the beauty of this universial truth.
